As we continue with our 60 Years Auction in aid of the Amy Winehouse Foundation, several new special customisations are now available to buy. Novelist Douglas Coupland, author of 'Generation X: Tales for an Accelerated Culture' has contributed this one of a kind shirt to the project.
Since the release of 'Generation X' in 1991, the Canadian writer and visual artist has gone on to create thirteen novels, as well as several short stories and screenplays for film and television. Coupland has also experimented with sculpture, creating a huge orca whale design that stands at the harbourside of his hometown of Vancouver.
Other styles now available to buy include a signed shirt by The Specials, as well as individual contributions from frontman Terry Hall and bassist and artist Horace Panter. You can see all the customisations currently available at auction here.
The Amy Winehouse Foundation has been set up in Amy’s memory to prevent the effects of drug and alcohol misuse on young people. Their aim is to support, inform and inspire vulnerable and disadvantaged young people to help them reach their full potential.

Following on from our exhibition space at London's Dover Street Market, a selection of Fred Perry shirts from our 60 Year Anniversary project made the journey to DSM's store in Ginza, Japan. Acclaimed set designer Andy Hilman created a unique elephant installation to sit alongside the gallery, which will remain at DSM Ginza until the 25th April.
Each of the shirts from the project will be auctioned for charity later in the year, with all proceeds going to the Amy Winehouse Foundation.
