Our offices will be closed on Monday 27th May due to a Bank Holiday. We will respond to all queries and resume processing orders once our offices re-open on Tuesday 28th May. This might cause delays to some orders and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Your package can be delivered to wherever is most convenient to you - so don't forget to decide whether you'd like your order delivered to your home or work address.
All orders are dispatched via UPS.

Late Deliveries
Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons. First, please check to see where you parcel is with UPS, using the tracking code sent in your order update email – this information will state if there is an issue with your order. If it has left our warehouse, and you feel it's 'severely overdue' please contact Customer Services, quoting your order number, and they will investigate further.
