Returns Procedure

Returns Policy for Christmas 2014

We've extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2014. Any items bought between 24th October and Monday 22nd December inclusive will be valid for a full refund until Sunday 25th January 2014. The normal 28-day refund on all items including sale will apply from Tuesday 23rd December 2014.

At Fred Perry we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may wish to change your mind.

If you need to return an unused item you can do so within 28 days for an exchange or refund as required. We will refund the monetary value of the items returned to us, at the price you purchased them. Simply fill out the delivery & returns note enclosed with your order. If you have lost this form, please click here.

The goods must be returned in the same condition as received and if possible with all packaging. Fred Perry reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:

- The original account details have expired
- The original account no longer exists

If you have purchased an item online using PayPal you cannot return your order in store. Please return your item by post.

Returns via UPS

Return your unwanted items for free, by requesting a complementary UPS returns label from our Customer Services team.

  1. Email Customer Services, making sure you include your order number, first name, surname and full address (including state and postcode).
  2. Clearly mark on the delivery & returns note included with your order which items you are returning; the reason for returning them and whether you would like an exchange or refund. We are only able to exchange an item for the same style in a different colour/size. Please ensure this is enclosed inside your parcel before sending.
  3. Once you receive your UPS returns label by email, print off and attach it to your parcel, ensuring that all original delivery labels are covered to avoid confusion.
  4. Drop off your parcel at locations of The UPS Store®, any UPS Drop Box*, any UPS Customer Centre, UPS Alliance Locations (Office Depot® and Staples®) or any UPS Authorised Shipping Outlet; or give your package to a UPS driver.
    Please note: if you wish to schedule a collection, then you will be required to pay any costs incurred.

*The maximum acceptable size for each UPS Drop Box package is 16" x 13" x 3".

Returning items by Post

Fred Perry does not cover the cost of returns by post as a free UPS returns label can be obtained from our Customer Services team (see above). You may make your own arrangements to return items via the postal service. Clearly mark on the delivery & returns note included with your order which items you are returning; the reason for returning them and whether you would like an exchange or refund. We are only able to exchange an item for the same style in a different colour/size. Please ensure this form is enclosed inside your parcel before sending. For your protection we advise that you use a recorded delivery service and obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Returns via a Fred Perry Shop

If you are the purchaser and wish to return your online order, please bring the following documentation along with your item to one of our USA shops: delivery & returns note included with your order, proof of your identity and the card which you made payment with. All of these must correspond to the billing address.

Please note, we cannot offer cash refunds for online purchases.

If you have purchased an item online using PayPal you cannot return your order in store. Please return your item via UPS.

If you are exchanging your purchase for a lower priced item, the price difference will be refunded onto your card. Similarly, if you wish to exchange your purchase for an item of a higher price you will be required to pay the difference. If the purchase was made by someone else - for example, you received the item as a gift - you will only be able to exchange your online purchase in store. Please bring the delivery & returns note included with your order and proof of your identity, which must match the delivery address. You will only be able to exchange your item for the same price or higher (and pay the difference) - no money can be refunded to you. If you are unable to present your delivery & returns note and proof of your ID/address, you will only be able to exchange your item to the current selling price or higher (and pay the difference). You will not receive money back if you choose to exchange for a lower priced item.

If you have purchased an item online using PayPal you cannot return your order in store. Please return your item by post.

Please note that any item purchased online which you believe to be faulty cannot be returned to a Fred Perry shop. You will need to return this item to the address detailed above - please read our returns policy and returns procedure sections for full instructions.

You can only return online purchases in the following USA shops:
